Overview and History

Trenbolone is the strongest, most powerful anabolic steroid available. Because of its supreme strength, it has quite the stigma and people are fearful of it. Even the thought of reading about it and learning about it makes people nervous. Yes, Trenbolone is incredibly powerful and potent but it is wildly misunderstood. People are starting off on a beginner cycle should never, under any circumstances begin with Trenbolone. This is more of an intermediate to advanced cycle option. After a few basic beginner cycles of Testosterone, and then moving on to intermediate levels where other compounds are introduced, then a user might want to advance further into trying Trenbolone.

Intermediate and Advanced users sometimes want to take the risk and give Tenbolone a shot. This powerful anabolic steroid must be understood as being such: a powerful steroid that can have greater risks and side effects than any other anabolic steroid. If you use this incorrectly, irresponsibly, without reading about it thoroughly, it could put you at serious risks for medical problems.

There are three different types of ester variants of Trenbolone: Trenbolone Acetate (most commonly known and widely used), Trenbolone Enanthate, and Tren Hexahydrobenzylcarbonate. The only difference between these three types of Trenbolone is their half-lives and release times.

Trenbolone Side Effects

Because of its strength and being commonly known as the most advanced of the steroids, the side effects of Trenbolone are often believed to be the most harsh and most severe. The severity of the side effects will rely mostly on your own body. This is the case with all medications. Some people may experience some of the following side effects, and some will not. If you ever have any side effects that become very bothersome, then you should contact your doctor immediately

  • Increased Perspiration / Sweating
  • Insomnia / Difficulty Sleeping (often called “Trensomnia”) – this is one of the most common side effects of Trenbolone
  • Erectile Dysfunction
  • Loss of Sexual Drive
  • Excessive Coughing (known in the community as “Tren-Cough”)
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Increased irritability or aggression
  • Mood swings and anxiety
  • Increased Liver and Kidney Stress

If you experience any of these side effects, especially difficulty breathing or if you believe that your kidneys or liver are not functioning properly, you should seek immediate medical attention.

Trenbolone Dosages

As far as strength measures, Trenbolone is five times as strong as Testosterone. This is considered highly when determining proper dosage.

Beginner dosages of Trenbolone – (always used along with Testosterone) is between 200-300mg weekly. No beginner should ever need doses any higher than this.

Intermediate dosages of Trenbolone – (again, always used with Testosterone) is between 400-500mg weekly. Most intermediate uses stay at the 400mg/week range

Advanced dosages of Trenbolone – These should only be used if the user is very familiar with what they’re doing and have had experience with Trenbolone in beginner and intermediate stages. Advanced users do not necessarily increase their doses so much as they are considered experts at what they’re doing. Some advanced users have gone up to 800-1000 mg of Trenbolone (which is the equivalent of 4,000mg-5000mg of Testosterone), but this is more of an exception than the rule.

Trenbolone Cycles

Trenbolone is five times the strength of testosterone. As previously stated, Trenbolone is only recommended for the intermediate to advanced user who has been through several beginner testosterone cycles as well as an intermediate in which they introduced other compounds. A beginner should never, under any circumstances begin with Trenbolone. It is recommended that you try Testosterone (the safest anabolic steroid) to gauge your body’s reactions and to get a firm understanding of the optimum dosages that your body can handle.

The average beginner Trenbolone cycle should always consist of Trenbolone stacked along with Testosterone. Since Testosterone is what you will have already begun with, it will be introducing Trenbolone into your body. When beginning, it is also highly recommended that Testosterone is the only compound that you stack with Trenbolone. Just like the beginning phases of Testosterone, this is the part of the process where you accurately gauge your body’s reactions. Since it will have already been used to Testosterone, introducing the very strong Trenbolone will be less harsh than it would be if you just went all in with Trenbolone.  If you do this as directed and you have an unwanted side effect, then you will know it’s from the Trenbolone, especially if you have had extensive experience with Testosterone with no side effect. See how easy that diagnosis was? Had you have stacked many compounds together, it wouldn’t be as easy to diagnose.

An intermediate Trenbolone cycle is only to be tried after a user is experienced with how their body reacts to the steroid. This is the point where you can possibly increase the dosage slightly and try to stack other compounds. However, it’s not usually necessary to stack anything other than Trenbolone and Testosterone together.

The so-called advanced stage is only for users who have become extremely experienced with Trenbolone. This stage essentially has one enter an experimental phase where they would increase their doses even more. This isn’t recommended however because of the true strength of the steroid you’re using. The person looking to take more extreme risks might also start stacking more compounds.

Beginner Trenbolone Cycle #1:

This is about 8 weeks of cycle time. During weeks 1-8, you would take Testosterone Propionate at 400mg/week and Trenbolone Acetate at 300/mg a week. It’s worth saying once again that the first time you take Trenbolone should be after you have taken multiple cycles of Testosterone. Then, and only then should you begin to try Trenbolone. In fact, this beginner cycle is often used by intermediate users. Testosterone must always be stacked with Trenbolone. Zero exceptions.

Beginner Trenbolone Cycle #2

This is 12 weeks of cycle time. You take Testosterone Enanthate at 100mg/week and Trenbolone Enanthate at 300/mg week for 12 weeks. This cycle introduces using Testosterone at a lower dose and also switching to long-estered versions of Testosterone and Trenbolone. Because the esters are longer, the cycle time is extended to 12 weeks because of the slower peak of blood plasma. The kick-in, or time that you will see effects is longer than those of short-estered steroids.

Intermediate Trenbolone Cycle

This cycle time is 8 weeks. During weeks 1-8, you take Testosterone Propionate at 100/mg per week and Trenbolone Acetate at 400/mg week. During weeks 104, you take Dianabol at 25-50mg/day.

This intermediate cycle has a higher dose of Trenbolone than the beginner phase. Dianabol is more of a dose kick-starter to promote bulking up.

Advanced Trenbolone Enanthate Cycle

This cycle is 12 weeks total cycle time. For weeks 1-12, you take Testosterone Enanthate at 100/mg per week, Trenbolone Enanthate at 800mg/week and Drostanolone Enanthate (Masteron) at 400/mg a week.

In the advanced stage you see the larger dose of Trenbolone and the introduction of Masteron which should provide you with the “shredded” and “lean” look.
